Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is responsible for reviewing all architectural alteration applications made by residents for improvements to the exterior of the house or lot.  The ARC reviews all proposed additions, improvements, or alterations on houses for conformity with Old Hillsborough Estates’ architectural guidelines.  The committee is also responsible for periodically reviewing current architectural guidelines and recommending changes and/or additions to the board for adoption.
